You will learn about the edible wild herbs and plants growing in the Murgia area with the help of an expert, then cook and enjoy them.

 




PROGRAMME

9 am Arrival. Welcome coffee, presentation of the Ruotolo staff and information on the programme.


9:15 am Walk in the grounds surrounding the farm, led by a guide who is an expert on local edible plants, to learn to recognise the plants and pick them.


11:00 am Cleaning and cooking the plants according to old recipes, with the help of the cook and expert.


1 pm Lunch with traditional dishes prepared with the plants


5 pm Petanque tournament (French boules)


7 pm Farewell and goodbye toast
